Instructions to Authors

1) Request contact: the author requests initial contact by providing name and email address (see form to the right). Within 24 hours, the author receives information explaining how to proceed.

2) Request quote: author responds by requesting a price quote and by attaching a copy of the document to the outgoing email. The author receives price quote within 24 hours.

3) Approve editing: after receiving the price quote, the author responds by indicating that the terms are acceptable. The author receives the edited document within 5 days.

4) Request invoice: after accepting the completed document, the author then requests an invoice.

Editing Process

1) Request contact: the author provides name and email address (see form to the right) and requests initial contact

2) Receive initial email: within 24 hours of sending information, the author receives information explaining how to proceed.

3) Request quote: author responds to the initial email, the document is attached to the outgoing email message and a price quote is requested

4) Receive price quote: within 24 hours, the author receives a price quote and an estimate of the turnaround time

5) Request revised document: after receiving the price quote, the author indicates that the terms are acceptable and sends a request to proceed with editing

6) Document revision: the document is edited and each change is annotated using the “Track Changes” feature of Microsoft Word.

7) Receive edited document: within 5 days, the author receives a completed revision.
